Refund policy

Refunds 

Permanent Jewellery, also known as Welded Jewellery, is designed to be durable; however, it is not indestructible.

Our warranty does not cover refunds from chain breakage, snagging, pulling, or lost chains and charms.

If your jewellery requires repair, you are welcome to schedule a free repair appointment. Any chains or charms that need replacing will be charged individually at their current listed price.

Training Courses:

Please note that we do not offer refunds on training courses.

If you wish to reschedule your training day, you may do so by providing the academy with at least 4 days’ notice. Please note that a £100 administration fee will apply to any training date changes.

If you wish to reschedule your training within 4 days of your course date, you will be charged the full course fee and will need to rebook as a new purchase.
